Gordon Rattray Taylor was one of England's premier science writers, becoming Chief Science Advisor to BBC Television. In the two years prior to his death in 1981 he devoted himself to researching and writing a critique of the Modern Synthesis--natural selection and genetic mutation. The result is perhaps the most powerful challenge to that dogma. I've posted a new review here.
Taylor's book plus that of Gertrude Himmelfarb together mount a serious challenge to Darwin's legacy. Today, though, Taylor’s work is forgotten. Amazon lists no edition since the original in 1983, and ranks it 1,628,000 in sales. Shame on Darwinists for not making it supplementary reading for their brightest students.
