When I balked at the idea of including theosophy on this site I got a mild rebuke--wasn't I interested in representing all points of view on evolution. OK, for fairness I have included parts of what was offered. But why did I at first balk? Because I regard theosophical views as so far outside the discourse of evolutionary science as to have no contribution to make to my mission to reform that science. But, of course, my views have as little relevance to those representing that science, for whom consideration of consciousness and free will is just as much a resort to the supernatural. I know.
